The product is fully guaranteed against the main frame of the wheelchair only for a period of 03 months from the date of purchase.
- Warranty is effective for products purchased from GETS Meds Pte Ltd and covers for use in Singapore only.
- The product must remain in the possession of the original customer, as per indicated on the original invoice.
- Transfer of warranty is only applicable for products and shall be notified by the original customer in writing to us. Our team will review the application if the new user is suitable to use this wheelchair.
- Customer shall only engage GETS Meds Pte Ltd to provide warranty related services.
- For warranty claims and repair, customer is required to provide us original receipt/invoice for verification purposes
- Warranty does not cover on-site assessment, service & repair fees. There is a transportation fee of S$25 per way, in the event of on-site assessment, collection or return delivery.
- Under the following circumstances, parts and labour will be chargeable even during the warranty period. The warranty DOES NOT extend to the followings:
- If you are purchasing the wheelchair for business, commercial or institutional purposes.
- The product has been damaged and /or defect caused by user’s misuse, negligence, accident and improper maintenance & improper operation.
- The product has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with instructions given by GETS Meds Pte Ltd.
- The product has undergone, repaired, modified, or dismantled by any other third-party aside from GETS Meds.
- Defects are caused by excessive water /fire /dust, chemical reaction, corrosive surroundings, accidents and other natural disasters, etc.
- Consumable parts such as armrest & leg-rest, seat & back upholstery, wheels & castors and general wear & tear parts.
- Non-observance of all the above clause 1 to clause 7, GETS Meds reserves the right to void the warranty. We shall accept no responsibility or liability in respect of personal injury, damages to property or consequential damage.
Return of Goods
- Due to hygiene issue, no exchange of other model once goods are checked and received by buyer.
